WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY
- Repair/replacement for neck/body factory defects is valid only for 7 days from receipt of the guitar. This does not include damages caused by the mishandling of the user. You are responsible for inspecting the guitar the moment it arrives.
- 1 year limited warranty on hardware (bridge, nut, metal parts). Hardware must not have physical damage caused by improper use like forcing the truss rod, improper string installation, and or any signs of mishandling.
- 1 year limited warranty on electronics. Any modifications, upgrades or any wiring changes shall void the warranty
Return Window

Guitars may be returned within 30 to 45 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Instruments

Instruments must be returned in their original, unused, and unmodified condition.

Any signs of wear (such as scratches, scuffs, dings, or modifications) may result in the return being refused or a restocking fee being applied.

All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Shipping Instructions

Guitars must be shipped back using a trackable, insured service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the instrument arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are typically issued for the product value only.

Original shipping, handling, and tax charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed once the instrument has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Instruments

If your guitar arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns from customers who demonstrate excessive or repeated return activity.
